My husband recently broke down near the Pilot truck stop, and Big Wrench was the closest repair shop. Jeff and his team really took great care of him from start to finish. We were very satisfied with the service provided. Jeff was honest, professional, and very knowledgeable about what needed to be repaired. The customer service and hospitality were excellent, and they made a stressful situation much easier for us. We truly appreciate the care and respect they showed. I would definitely recommend Big Wrench to anyone in the area needing reliable truck repairs.

The staff was respectful, knowledgeable, and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Customer service was excellent — everyone was welcoming and treated customers with care and professionalism. You can tell they value their customers and take pride in their work. Excellent service from start to finish. They replaced the water pump on my Freightliner Cascadia, diagnosed the issue fast, and explained everything clearly. Very knowledgeable mechanic. Highly recommend!

Stopped by Big Wrench Truck Shop in Ft. Pierce with an air system issue on my 2015 Cascadia. My air brake supply valve in the dash was leaking and I called ahead to see if Jeff could get me in and out the same day. Jeff got me right in, replaced the valve quickly, and while he was at it he found another air leak behind my fifth wheel that I didn’t even know about. I really appreciated the transparency — he explained exactly what was going on and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The work was fast, knowledgeable, and professional, which is exactly what you need when you’re an owner-operator trying to stay on schedule. If you’re running through the Ft. Pierce area and need a shop that knows trucks and treats drivers right, Big Wrench and Jeff are solid. Highly recommend.
